Return and Refund Policy


1. Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations under the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders

If your order has not been paid for yet, you can cancel the order directly or contact us for assistance.

Paid Orders

Paid orders can be cancelled within 48 hours after placing the order and will receive a full refund.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your home sofa products.

Return Eligibility

Conditions for return/exchange:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please send the following information to service@aoaberlivip.com:

  • Order number

  • Product(s) to be returned (home sofas)

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or videos (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please ship the product(s) within 7 days of approval and provide the tracking number.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, color/style doesn't fit), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Estimated return shipping cost: 4-13 USD per item, depending on product size and return location.

Merchant Responsibility

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s):

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days

  • A confirmation email will be sent once processed

  • Actual arrival time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider

Refund Deductions

Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:

  • Product returned damaged due to misuse

  • Original packaging or accessories are missing
